Fundraising Plan

Leading the development of this fundraising plan for Fresh Approach enabled the organization to grow its budget, programs and impacts. Increasing funders, diversifying funding sources to include more individuals, foundations, contracted services and corporate partners creates resiliency.

3-year Strategic Plan

For emerging organization's strategic planning can be a critical tool for planned growth, program expansion, and mission clarification. I used a 3-year strategic planning process to engage staff and board, which resulted in the development of a highly impactful organization that is both focused on its mission and responsive to community needs.

Organic School Food Roadmap

As a consultant for Friends of the Earth, I conducted primary interviews, researched and wrote an practical resource: the Organic School Food Roadmap, to assist school food service professionals to transition to more climate-friendly school foods, including organically produced foods from local businesses.

My contributions to the Climate Friendly School Food Program's Webinar series included a well-attended presentation of the Organic School Food Roadmap, resulting in several school districts requesting technical assistance to purchase organic and locally produced foods.
